Responsibilities

Analyze and understand system architecture, business processes, and project requirements

Serve as a bridge between the Korean team and Indonesian developers, ensuring clear and effective communication

Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate with clients to gather requirements, discuss project details, and address any inquiries

Organize and participate in meetings with clients and developers to review progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed

Monitor project milestones, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion

Evaluate project performance, including team contributions, client satisfaction, and leadership effectiveness

Prepare and present reports on project progress to stakeholders

Delegate and oversee tasks within the development team, ensuring efficiency and quality
