About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Engineer

to strengthen and modernize its digital healthcare platform, particularly its patient appointment booking and scheduling systems.

You will take ownership of end-to-end development, from backend architecture and database design to APIs and mobile/web applications, while helping improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

What You'll Do

Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# / .NET.

Improve system architecture, scalability, performance, and database efficiency.

Build and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.

Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native and React.js.

Integrate healthcare systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.

Lead code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.

Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements

6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

Solid experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL and database optimization.

Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure.

Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
